family foundation
The family foundation „Familie-Runau-Stiftung“ was established in 2013. As an official recognised non-profit organisation it supports socially disadvantaged children and young people in Roth (Bavaria) and the surrounding areas through activities in the areas of sport, education and training, e.g. by financing climbing workshops, media training and the purchase of school materials. The foundation's most important project partners are the children's, youth and family support organisation Schlupfwinkel and the anti-bullying campaign ‘Klub der Gewinner’. In addition to donations, the foundation also receives expense allowances for the Runau family's voluntary work, e.g. for their voluntary work for the BLSV as part of Munich and Bavaria's bid to host the Olympic and Paralympic Games for Germany. All donations go directly and in full into the project work.
